Denice Hicks joined our team in November, 2020 as Administrative Assistant. Denice has a varied
background in commercial property management, bookkeeping, event planning/decorating and
office management with a little social media management along the way. She is a former small
business owner and currently manages a non-profit ministry as well. She finds the commercial real
estate investment industry stimulating and is excited to bring her career and life experience to the

husband and two very spoiled dogs.
